Arada

Arada is a real estate company based in the UAE, mainly focusing on Sharjah. It was started in 2017 by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud. They've launched three big communities in Sharjah worth AED 33 billion, making them the biggest developer there. They also started their first project in Dubai in 2022 and plan another one on Palm Jumeirah in 2023.

Apart from building communities, Arada has other brands too. They have gyms under Wellfit, a food truck park named Zad, and Manbat, a partnership with the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment that supports Emirati farmers. They also have an Emirati fashion brand called Artal. In 2023, Arada made a deal with Boost Juice from Australia.

In 2022, Arada got credit ratings from Fitch and Moody’s and issued their first $500 million sukuk.
