About the Developer
Binghatti Properties, also known as Binghatti Developments, is a real estate company from the UAE. They started in 2008 and are based in Dubai. Binghatti mainly works on real estate, hospitality, and construction projects.
Binghatti was started by Hussain Binghatti Aljbori in 2008. They've worked on real estate projects in various areas like Business Bay, Al Jaddaf, Downtown Dubai, and more. Their investments in these projects total over AED 7 Billion.
Partnerships and Acquisitions
In 2014, Binghatti sold Binghatti Terraces in Dubai Silicon Oasis to Emirates Real Estate Fund managed by Emirates NBD.
In 2018, Binghatti sold Binghatti Vista and Binghatti Sapphires towers in Dubai Silicon Oasis to Izdihar Real-Estate Fund managed by Bank of Muscat.
In 2021, Binghatti sold Binghatti Beverages Manufacturing Facility in Khalifa Industrial Zone, Abu Dhabi to Almarai, a Saudi food company.
In November 2022, Binghatti announced Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, a skyscraper designed in collaboration with Jacob & Co.
In May 2023, Binghatti announced Bugatti Residences, a skyscraper designed in collaboration with Bugatti.
In January 2024, Binghatti announced Mercedes-Benz Places, a skyscraper designed in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz.
